I mailed on customer care and tried to connect with the agent but got no response. I would have bought more dresses but I have to think twice now."

"ordered from samshek on 21st November and they said delivery will be within 5 working days but my order got delivered on 5th Of December. Product was of cheap material and not the way it showed in there pictures when I am trying to return the product they are refusing my request saying it's customisation but I selected the product from there given size chart just asked them to increase the length a little bit. Nothing was mentioned in the policy that if we will increase length we won't be able to return the product. They took my dress back on 17th December and said they will send one in exchange but till today I have not received my dress nor they are replying on email."
